The Opportunity

What do top successful executives, Business leaders and Heads of State have in common? They all use a coach to help them live their dreams and be the best they can be.

What is coaching?
Coaching is a new technology of personal and professional development based on concepts from sports, business, spirituality, psychology and organizational development. It's for passionate people who want more from their personal and business lives. It is a gauge for you, your business and your personal transformation. The achievement of goals is something that comes more quickly as a result of coaching.

What we do:

1.Identify obstacles that are hindering  business success through Synergy- You and  your coach become a team. Collectively you focus on your goals and needs to accomplish more than you are able to accomplish alone.

2.  Create a structure that shifts your current thought process.  Identifying  the emotional factors that undermines your business interactions and to effectively cut through them .

3. Incorporate , Your businesses' Expertise with that of the Transition4You coach to provide focus and goal oriented outcomes more effectively than many other forms of organizational support programs.

4. Lastly, provide Accountability by strategizing, designing, supporting and structure making sure the shift happens so that you view or respond differently to a particular problem in a more effective way.

How does it work?
It starts with an energy leadership assessment.  This is reviewed with the client and addresses where there is a dip in their energy that is translating to their life and business.  Specifically coaching is usually done over the phone, Skype, or in-person. Most clients are coached two hours to four hours a month.

Why does it work?
Coaching works when there are two factors present:
  1) The client is willing to grow.
 2) There is a gap between where they are now and where they want to be.

Successful coaching clients know the value of sharing ideas with someone who understands them and is subjective enough to want their best. Strategizing the options with someone who listens objectively is often enough to have it all become very clear.

For maximum results you will meet with a Transition4You transition at least twice a month as you work toward 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month goals. These regular meetings with a Transition4You technician enable you to practice new skills and to evaluate your performance and progress.
